We were delighted when our client Thermomix told us that Devil of a Cookbook was winner of the 2013 Gourmand Best Fund Raising, Charity and Community Book in the Pacific Award. As if that wasn’t enough, this book then went on to win 2013 Gourmand Best Fund Raising Book in the World.

Degustation

The UWA Publishing cookbook Degustation: A Master Chef’s Life through Menus has been crowned Kinokuniya Cookbook of the Year 2010 from over 40 Australian food titles.

Written by renowned chef Alain Fabrègues, this intricately designed cookbook is presented in many parts – each a complimentary element in the journey through 45 years of culinary knowledge, from Bordeaux, France to Mundaring, Western Australia.

UWA Press Director Terri-ann White said she was delighted with the book’s success. “Degustation is more than just a cookbook. It is a book about food, love and life. Alain very much deserved the Kinokuniya accolade,” she said.
